1. How long is the delivery time?
Normally goods will be shipped out within 7-10days after contract signed and down payment received.

2.Is it possible to make our own brand/logo on your product?
Answer: Yes, but depends on MOQ.

 

3. What kind of payment term you accept?
Normally:
1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 100% T/T in advance after contract signed.
2) If total contract value more than USD 10000.00 : 50% T/T in advance after contract signed and 50% T/T after receipt of BL copy. Or, irrevocable LC is acceptable.

4.What’s the location of your company?
Nanjing city, Jiangsu province. 2 hours by train from Shanghai, 2hours by air from Guangzhou/HK.

5.What's your MOQ?
If it's big machine, normally we can sell based on 1set. If the instrument is small, i.e. thermometer, the MOQ is 50Pcs, it depends on different products;

6. What’s your FOB port?
Nanjing, Shanghai, Ningbo (Seaport OR Airport)

7. What kind of documents will be sent to customers?
1) Bill of Lading on 3 originals and 3 copies;
2) Commercial Invoice in 1 original and 2 copies;
3) Packing List in 1 original and 2 copies;
4) Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce in 1 original and 2 copies;
5) Certificate of quality in 1 original and 1 copy. All documents will be sent within 3 working days after shipment via EMS/DHL/FedEx.

8. How long is the warranty time of the products?
The free warranty time of our products is 1 year.

9. How long can we get reply from you via e-mail/telephone/fax and so on?
Normally we will reply you within 1day after receive your email or fax or tel.

10.Can we pay the products by our credit card?
Yes, we can accept the payment method of credit card, such as Visa or Mastercard. While, as we cannot deduct the payment from your credit card directly, you need to go to your bank to apply first, then your bank will contact with our bank by telegraph. After that, we can deduct payment from your credit card.
