Titanium and titanium-alloys are advanced high-performance lightweight structural engineering materials, which is very important to make components of aerospace, military, medical equipment, chemical and marine engineering industries.

Due to the high chemical activity, metal titanium and titanium-alloys are easy to be contaminated by gas and crucible materials during the powder metallurgy producing process.

Now high-quality titanium is mainly produced by centrifugal atomization powder making process under vacuum or high-purity inert gas protection, and the mixing process also require inert gas protection, therefore TBT-3220D Atmosphere Protection Compounder come in time, the application range is formula and mixing of various grades of titanium alloy, copper alloy, nickel alloy and other multi-metal alloys. 

 

Main Features:

1, Compact design avoids products chemical reaction with oxygen in the air. The mixing chamber is vacuum extracted to greatly reduce oxygen content, under the monitoring of oxygen meter, the system reduce oxygen intelligently and automatically fill in inert gas and ensure positive pressure of inert gas for the mixing process.  

2, The rotors are detachable and mixing chamber is disassembled, user can clean up material in all directions without dead corner. The chamber inner surface is wearing-resistant treated to effectively decrease the waste caused by material pollution.

3, The imported heating tube allows the chamber fast heating to max. temperature 300°C of power 8kW. Electric-heating and water-cooling for mixing chamber features the machine of accurate temperature control, environmental protection, energy saving, less maintenance.

4, The sealing design adopting self-lubricating dry mechanical compression shaft seal and the other end hydraulic compressed brings good sealing effect.  In addition, the machine comes with a dust collection system to improve performance.

5, The mixing chamber is made of alloy steel with  inner surface chrome treated which strengthened the hardness to HRC60-62°C and is fine polished to effectively decrease the waste caused by material pollution. The rotors are made of alloy-steel with surface high-precision polishing and carburizing-hard chromium plated.  

6, PLC programmable control system, operating parameters can be set through color touching screen, the plasticizing curve display dynamically. Automatic switching temperature, time and rotating speed during 10 sections respectively enables the materials to be heated and flipped at different time.
