TBT-3220C compounder is used for continuous plasticising, mixing and dispersing, alloying, degassing and chemical conversion or degradation, to make initial test for developing new formulas, once prototype product meeting customer’s requirement, the experimental formula will be used in bulk production line.
The application materials and products are ceramic powder, zirconia, alumina, copper oxide, titanium alloy, tungsten powder, magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, metal powder and cemented carbide, and materials for producing silicon rubber products.
Main Features:
1, By advanced coaxial-separating technology, the rotors can be detached, and the mixing chamber can be disassembled as well, it is easy for user to clean the materials of expensive, high-hardness or easy-polluted. When the mixing chamber is disassembled, the rotors poke in the air, user can clean them up in all directions without dead corner and change mixing materials easily.
2, The chamber is made of 40 chrome steel, hardened and tempered to enhance hardness. The chamber inner surface is chrome treated with high grade wearing-resistant corrosion-resistant materials which strengthened the hardness to HRC60-62°C and is fine polished to effectively decrease the waste caused by material pollution.
3, The transmission system is stable and accurate which allows materials being mixed evenly with good dispersing performance.
4, The imported heating tube allows the chamber fast heating to max. temperature 300°C of power 6kW. Electric-heating and water-cooling for mixing chamber features the machine of accurate temperature control, environmental protection, energy saving, less maintenance.
5, The 0-60 rpm stepless speed regulation rotation system makes twice speed of traditional machine, allowing materials being discharged early at higher temperature to avoid binder ashing.
6, The sealing design adopting self-lubricating dry mechanical compression shaft seal and the other end hydraulic compressed brings good sealing effect. In addition, the machine comes with a dust collection system to improve performance.
7, PLC programmable control system, operating parameters can be set through color touching screen, and plasticizing curve display dynamically.
8, Automatic switching temperature, time and rotating speed during 10 sections respectively enables the materials to be heated and flipped at different time.
