TBT-17040A is designed referring to ASTM D4294 Standard Test Method for Sulfur in Petroleum and Petroleum Products by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry. 
It adopts energy-dispersive principle, and with electrical, mechanical and microprocessor integration design. 
It provides a measure to determine sulfur content during petroleum or petrochemical production process.

ASTM D4294

1.The device is mechatronic and microcomputerized;

3.It adopts the fluorescence intensity ratio relative comparison analysis method, and the temperature and atmospheric pressure are automatically corrected, and the carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be corrected;

5.Automatic alarm function for operation error prompt;
6.The device automatic diagnosis function can determine the working status and electrical parameters of the device through the counting measurement and energy spectrum measurement of the reference sample;
7.The device has a standard serial communication RS-232C interface and can be connected to any computer or computer networking system;
8.It uses disposable single-sided Mylar film sample cup to avoid cross-talk. Fork contamination; the sample cup is made of multifunctional pressing parts, which is quick and convenient. There are air holes on the cup cover and the sample number, S% (m/m), and date can be recorded;
9.The single sample table is placed on the guide rail slider and can automatically enter and exit according to the command. The positioning is accurate; when waiting for the sample to be analyzed, it automatically extends out of the body, which is convenient for placing samples and replacing oil leakage prevention parts;
10.Strict protection against oil leakage, the sample cup is placed on the oil leakage prevention part, and only enters the detection system together when the sample is analyzed. During the non-measurement period of the sample, the oil leakage prevention part is automatically moved outside the device to strictly prevent oil leakage from polluting the detection system;
11.Safe X-ray protection to prevent X-ray leakage, and there is no X-ray ionizing radiation damage to individuals and groups.
