TBT-0613A Automatic Fraass Breaking Point Tester is designed referring to EN 12593 Bitumen and bituminous binders - Determination of the Fraass breaking point. 
It can do three tests at the same time in the same environment and calculate the average value.

EN 12593

1. LCD touchscreen display for real-time monitoring of the test process and data;
2. It adopts semiconductor cooling technology for low noise & vibration-free, the min. temperature is -30℃;
3. The cold bath adopts special double-layered electrically heated glass to prevent fogging, facilitate observation, and maintain a compact size; it provides a cooling environment with a cooling rate of 1℃/(60s±5s);
4. Low-temperature bath for thorough circulation and uniform temperature distribution, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃;
5. A specially designed electric bending mechanism automatically loads the sample, facilitating test operation;
6. LED lighting system inside the cold bath enhances visibility of the test process and facilitates readings.
