TBTVC-FA fully automatic cement vicat apparatus is used for measuring the setting time of cement, solving the shortcomings of traditional Vicat meters such as cumbersome manual operation, long time and low accuracy. The basic principle is to automatically measure the linear displacement of the probe when it falls in the cement, and then identify and calculate the setting time. The main features of this instrument are as follows: Multiple specimens are simultaneously maintained in the instrument's constant temperature and humidity curing chamber, and the measurement process is fully automated.
ASTM C191-2024, ASTM C187, AASHTO T131
1. Fully automatic measurement. After the sample is completed, place it in the sample tray of the instrument and click "Start Measurement". The measurement process does not require manual supervision;
2. Multiple reliability designs. Provide all-round protection for the measurement probe and perform automatic cleaning;
3. New technology is adopted to measure the moving distance of the probe, with an accuracy of ≤50µm. Avoid manual reading errors;
4. Automatically measure the end face of cement to reduce measurement errors;
5. Parallel tests can be conducted on 8 samples. Each sample is independent of each other and samples can be added at any time;
6. The software will display the test status of 8 samples and show the position of the measurement pinholes in each sample in real time;
7. By inputting the initial setting measurement time and the initial setting measurement time of the submitted samples based on their historical data, the measurement efficiency can be effectively improved;
8. It is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity curing box to achieve curing conditions of humidity ≥90% and temperature 20±1℃;
9. The software interface is elegant and generous, fully functional and easy to operate;
10. User can add samples for testing at any time and also check historical data through data management;
11. The displacement curves of the initial setting and final setting measurements can be displayed. Not only can the setting trend of cement be observed, but the measurement time accuracy can be improved to 1 minute through modeling;
12. In the system Settings, parameters such as pinhole spacing, initial setting measurement interval, and final setting time interval can be set, facilitating scientific research.
