Introduction:

The CPT SKID is a versatile, low-budget and easy-to-transport package suitable for in-situ soil investigations. It can be mounted on a frame, vehicle or jack-up platform.Without a truck or trailer, it saves users a lot of input costs.  It can be easily disassembled and carried to reach difficult locations.

The probe rigs are pushed into the ground at a constant speed and the mechanical resistance & friction parameters of the soil are recorded, it’s used for determination the bearing capacity of foundation.

It is workable in soft soil, cohesive soil, old clay, loess and sandy soil.

If equipped with additional accessories, it can perform further more in-situ testings such as DMT, CPTU, MPT, WVT, VCT.
