Introduction

TBTCPT-20E CPT Truck is a vehicle mounted with probe rigs suitable for perform in-situ geotechnical soil investigations with penetration capacities up to 200kN, which can run on roads as an ordinary truck and work as a complete CPT in fields . 

The probe rigs are pushed into the ground at a constant speed and the mechanical resistance & friction parameters of the soil are recorded, it’s used for determination the bearing capacity of foundation.

It is workable in soft soil, cohesive soil, old clay, loess and sandy soil.

This versatile CPT truck if equipped with additional accessories, can perform in-situ testings such as DMT, CPTU, MPT, WVT, VCT.

1, The CPT truck features in versatile and reliable, fast for hole shifting , easy-to-move and easy-to-operate, can work in terrible environments.

2, Advanced hydraulic system adopts split-type combined multi-way directional valve, compact in small size, pressure loss is small, pressure-overloading for overflow valve is good.

3, when the CPT start to work, the hydraulic anchoring device slip out then anchor rotating drop down driven by a high-power motor. The anchor device is retracted back when the test is finished.

4, The CPT truck itself has a relatively high own weight and serves as counterweight to provide the required penetrative force.
