TBTGTL-3300 Sulfur Calcium Iron Analyser is a new type of microcomputer table instrument which adopts pure physical analysis method. Used in cement factory, it can quickly measure the percentage content of SO3, CaO, Fe2O3 in raw material, clinker, cement, gypsum and so on in 30 seconds. Because of its fast analysis speed, it can monitor the change of the three components in the production process in real time, easy to adjust the ratio of raw materials in time, and lay a solid foundation for the production of qualified clinker and cement. In particular, the percentage of CaO in the finished cement is determined to be a qualified cement manufacturer. It can create considerable economic benefits for cement enterprises by neither using much nor using much clinker. 
By determining the percentage content of SO3 and CaO in the finished cement, the cement manufacturer can predict the strength of cement and the setting time of concrete mixed with this kind of cement.
