The dense, sensitive and strong negative pressure air vortex, the vortex drives the powder through the air jet sieve nozzle and rises until it collides with the sieve cover.
The powder removed from the agglomerated particles is re-absorbed by the vortex to the standard test sieve in the order of size. The smaller particles pass through the screen and are stored in the sample collector (optional) or negative pressure generator (vacuum cleaner), the larger particles are left on the standard test sieve. The whole sieved process, the electronic vortex generator always controls all the powder particles in the working area, strictly according to the order of size to carry out the whole body.
