TBT-0165B is used to determine the distillation characteristics of wax oil, lubricating oils and other petroleum products with high boiling point range.
1. LCD touchscreen industrial computer which can display the test process and data in real time. Vacuum pressure is automatically controlled via a precision vacuum valve and built-in vacuum regulation system;
2. High-precision temperature sensor to automatically detect oil vapor temperature, eliminating the need for visual observation and reading;
3. Except for the distillation rate, which requires manual reading, all other operations are automatic;
4. A built-in high-precision pressure sensor and software system control the vacuum measurement system, replacing the mercury U-tube for negative pressure detection. Pressure data is displayed on the touchscreen, providing intuitive and convenient readings;
5. Utilizes an external vacuum pump to form a vacuum suction system, enabling rapid vacuuming and decompression, with a maximum residual pressure of 2 mmHg;
6. The entire unit features an integrated benchtop structure, using an LCD voltmeter for voltage adjustment, and continuously adjustable heating power for clear and intuitive operation;
7. The device is equipped with a heating furnace cooling device;
8. The heating furnace can be rapidly cooled after testing a single sample, improving test efficiency;
9. The system software has a built-in automatic temperature control system for the air bath, maintaining a temperature of (20~50)℃±3℃ in the receiving chamber, which is continuously adjustable;
10. The receiver measuring cylinder fixing hole seat has a movable fixing design, facilitating the installation and removal of the flask and receiver measuring cylinder;
11. The air bath has LED lighting, easy to observe the recovery volume, ensuring accurate and reliable data;
12. 1L buffer tank in the negative pressure system can avoid sample from being drawn into the vacuum pump;
13. The system automatically converts the detected temperature to atmospheric pressure temperature, eliminating manual operation and improving conversion accuracy;
14. Test data is automatically saved, generating experimental reports. Data can also be transferred to other locations using a USB flash drive or connected to a USB printer to directly print the test report.
