Asphalt Slab Roller Compactor Manufacturer

TBTACX-2 Asphalt Roller Compactor is used to produce sample slabs of various dimensions of bituminous mixtures laid and compacted on site.

It can compact asphalt slabs to target density applying specific loads corresponding to those of pavements rollers used in the highway construction.

The asphalt slabs can be used for TBTACZ-HWT Hamburg Wheel Tracker.

1.The roller pressure is controlled by the pneumatic system and can be adjusted within the range of 0~30KN;

2.Adopt servo motor to control the forward and backward, the maximum speed can reach 300mm/s;

3.The temperature of roller is controlled by PWM and PID in high accuracy and stability;

4.The clamping device for mold installation is easy to use, safe and reliable;

5.Optional safety shield for better safety protection(optional configuration);

6.Two methods for stop, via the number of times or specimen height;

7.The rolling times can be set up and displayed in real time, when the actual number of rolling times reaches the set value, the rolling work will stop automatically;

8.Optional magneto strictive transducer(height stop function) can let rolling work stop automatically when the actual height of specimen reaches the set value;

9.Optional vibrator(vibration function) for simulating real road roller work(optional configuration);

10.Test process data can be displayed in curves, including temperature, pressure, and specimen height, and the data can be exported by U disk;

11.The device has self-diagnosis function and a fault code prompt.
