TBTRTA-1000B adopts servo control and displays axial loading force (kN) and confining pressure (MPa) values via triaxial rock software. It also features confining pressure stabilization and adjustment capabilities. (It is equipped with a high-precision pressure regulating valve; when the confining pressure passively increases, it can be manually reduced, and when the confining pressure decreases due to external factors, it can be manually increased.) It can quickly complete triaxial compression tests on rocks and dynamically display the three main indicators: axial test force, confining pressure, and axial deformation.
It is suitable for assessing the engineering properties of bedrock or surrounding rock under engineering structure loads, providing reliable data for engineering geological evaluation and engineering design.
1.The triaxial chamber applies confining pressure to the rock. The compact and lightweight triaxial pressure chamber allows for easy removal of the sample by pulling out the push plate and manually detaching the lower pressure plate, enabling the replacement of a new sample for triaxial testing;
2.A high-pressure loading system applies pressure to the triaxial chamber with servo control for maintaining the pressure. The advanced, high-precision software digital display shows the loading pressure, peak value, and loading speed. Under the adjustment of the servo control valve, the confining pressure actuator is speed-regulated to apply pressure and maintain load. The loading speed is adjustable, and the software can display and save the loading process curves and data in real time;
3.Computer automatic control ensures that all test parameters are controlled, stored, measured, displayed, processed, and graphed by the computer;
4.Overload protection is provided; when the force or displacement exceeds the rated value of the testing machine, it automatically unloads and stops the test.
