TBTHDH-1B is designed referring to ASTM D5731 Standard Test Method for Determination of the Point Load Strength Index of Rock. It can be used to determine the tensile and compressive strength of rock.

1.It adopts top and fragment loading, the pressure of rock failure is lower than that of conventional presses;

2.The sample does not need to be processed into a regular test piece, which is suitable for on-site measurement and is convenient for the determination of low-intensity rock.
