TBTIP-1W is mainly used to measure the penetration and penetration increment of poured asphalt mixture under specified temperature and load, to evaluate the high temperature stability of poured asphalt mixture, and to carry out mix design and quality management of poured asphalt mixture.
1. Device adopts 7-inch color touch screen PLC control, easy and reliable operation;
2. It can display the load-time-displacement relationship curve and value in real time, and can view the data at each time point in real time;
3. The interface operation is simple, and the main parameters can be flexibly modified and set.
4. Equipped with three specimen test units support to test simultaneously with high test efficiency;
5. The cylinder replaces the weight to apply constant pressure to the penetration rod (it is difficult to replace the weight, the test efficiency is low and the accuracy is poor). The solenoid valve controls the cylinder loading pressure, and the pressure transmitter collects the loading pressure data in real time to ensure the constant loading pressure, realize the automation of the instrument, and improve the test efficiency;
6. The high-precision displacement sensor collects the displacement data of the penetration rod in real time, with high measurement accuracy, avoiding errors in manual reading and calculation;
7. The test preload data and penetration data are recorded and processed separately to facilitate data analysis;
8. The water bath is equipped with a magnetic pump with circulation function to ensure temperature uniformity;
9. The bottom of the beam is equipped with LED lamp for observing the test process;
10. The historical test data can be viewed, with a micro printer, and the test data can be printed with one key, or exported and printed from a USB flash drive.
