Uee924 adopts the pulse-echo ultrasonic thickness measurement principle and is fully functional, integrating all the capabilities of both a through-coating thickness gauge and a metal coating thickness gauge. 
It can accurately measure the coating thickness on metallic and various non-metallic substrates (such as glass, plastic, composite materials, concrete, wood, etc.). Meanwhile, it is suitable for ultrasonic conductors like metals (steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), plastics, ceramics, glass, resins, and glass fibers, and is particularly adept at measuring ultra-thin films or coatings that allow ultrasonic waves to propagate at a constant speed and reflect off the back surface.
1.Large measuring range: 20μm-1800mm;
2.The thinnest layer can be measured is 0.02mm (20μm), and the lowest layer can be measured is 0.05mm (50μm) for plastic materials with a sound velocity of 2310m/s. For coating materials with a sound velocity lower than 1000m/s, the thinnest layer can be measured is 0.02mm (20um), and the thickest layer with substrate can be measured is 1800mm. The thickness of each layer of ten composite layers can be measured, but not limited to ten layers (countless layers), and is not limited to the materials of coatings and substrates;
3.High Precise: the maximum resolution can reach 0.001mm; the repeat resolution can reach ±0.002mm;
4.Multiple display modes: A-scan, B-scan , digital display;
5.Through-coating and echo-to-echo measurement functions for materials with painted & coated surfaces;
6.According to the different sound velocities of the materials, the coating and paint layers on some composite materials can be measured. It can measure the thickness of each layer of multi -layer composite materials.The thickness value of each layer can be display switchable;
7.Multiple measurement modes: THIN, MB-E, EE, Auto modes meet the requirements for general thick workpiece measurement; THIN EE mode for thin coating measurement;
8.The digital display including conventional thickness values, differences/reduction rate modes, and the highest value mode;
