TBTXFS-4294P is designed referring to ASTM D4294 Standard Test Method for Sulfur in Petroleum and Petroleum Products by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry. 
It adopts the principle of energy dispersion and features an integrated mechanical-electrical-microcomputer design, ensuring rapid and precise analysis. This device offers vital support for the determination of sulfur content in crude oil or during petrochemical production processes.

ASTM D4294

1. Wide range of detectable samples, broad detection range, fast analysis speed and low sample consumption;
2. It adopts fluorescence intensity ratio-based comparative analysis method with automatic temperature and atmospheric pressure correction, and also corrects for carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H);
3. 8-inch touchscreen with a clear interface and simple operation;
4. Device operating status and electrical parameters are determined through reference sample counting and energy dispersive spectroscopy measurements;
5. The device has a standard RS-232C serial communication interface, allowing content data, counting data, and calibration data to be uploaded to a computer;
6. Uses disposable single-sided Mylar membrane sample cups to avoid cross-contamination; the sample cups are manufactured using a multi-functional pressing component for quick and convenient processing, and the lid has vents and can record sample number, S% (m/m), and date;
7. The sample stage is placed on a sliding rail platform for highly precise positioning;
8. The device has a large data storage capacity, and content analysis results and calibration curve parameters are readily available;
9. Leakage protection is robust; the sample cups are placed on leak-proof components and are only moved to the measurement position during sample analysis. 10. Safe X-ray protection: The instrument detection system is surrounded by strict protective measures to prevent X-ray leakage and there is no X-ray ionizing radiation harm to individuals or groups.
