TBTVM-1FW is designed and made according to the ASTM D4402 Standard Test Method for Viscosity Determination of Asphalt at Elevated Temperatures Using a Rotational Viscometer.

It is suitable to determine the absolute viscosity of the Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of the non-Newtonian liquids.

1. Adopts ARM technology and built-in Linux system. The operation interface is simple. The viscosity test can be performed quickly and conveniently via test program creation and data analysis;

2. Accurate viscosity measurement: Each range is automatically calibrated by computer, with high accuracy and small error;

3. Front spirit level: intuitive and convenient horizontal level adjustment;

4. Display information: Dynamic viscosity, Kinematic viscosity, temperature, shear rate, shear stress, percentage of measured value in full range value(graphic display), range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, maximum measurement range under the current rotor speed combination, date, time, etc. And it can display Kinematic viscosity when the density is known;

5. Multi-functions: can measure at setting time, build 30 sets of test programs, store and read 30 sets of measurement data, display viscosity curve in real time, print data and curves, etc. (printing interface is standard, the printer is optional configuration);

6. USB interface: data can be transferred via USB flash drive.
