    TBTFP-30 is a specialized device for evaluating the fatigue and flexural properties of asphalt mixtures. 
    It is widely used in road engineering materials research, quality control, and mix design. During the asphalt mixture design phase, it optimizes asphalt content and gradation to improve the mixture's fatigue resistance and predicts the pavement's service life in actual operation.
    This device adopts hydraulic loading, providing high loading force and easier control of the loading waveform. It is suitable not only for testing ordinary asphalt mixtures but also for testing modified asphalt mixture specimens with high modulus and high hardness.

    AASHTO T321, AASHTO T378(Dynamic Modulus)

    1.4-axis/13-channel control system can simultaneously control 4 actuators & acquiring data from 13 sensors;
    2.16-bit AD conversion accuracy, combined with 8x oversampling technology, ensures high and stable data acquisition accuracy;
    3. Utilizes a servo motor drive, achieving precise flow and pressure supply through accurate control of pump torque and speed;
    4. The servo motor speed can be adjusted, it enables the hydraulic power station to quickly respond to system load changes;
    5. Enables remote control and local control switching;
    6. The oil tank with heating function, can work in low temperature environments;
    7. Equipped with integrated sensors to monitor hydraulic oil temperature in real time;
    8. The synergistic effect of the level sensor and low-level alarm function for operational reliability.
